Smudging is the tradition of spiritually cleansing with smoke from herbs or sacred wood to clear negative energy from a person or space or object.

Smudging can be used to connect people to the Universe to gain spiritual protection, as well as to improve spiritual health. You can smudge with White Sage or Palo Santo wood to remove any unwanted energy or to clear negative energy from a person or space and restore with tranquillity and calm.

The Abalone Shell - a heat-resistant bowl to hold smudge sticks or sacred wood during smudging and used to extinguish smudge sticks or sacred wood when smudging is completed.

Palo Santo - is used for smudging, also known for purification purposes for your home and/or body of negative energy. For that reason, it is also known for its boundless holiness.

• 1 Abalone Shell - approximately

• 1 Palo Santo Stick 

• 3 x Tumbled Stone

Note: Never burn palo santo unattended and always keep it out of reach of children. Burn palo santo in a suitable incense holder in a well-ventilated area.
